1. Standard Bookings
- Free cancellation or date change up to 7 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- No-show or early departure is charged 100% of the total booking.
2. Peak Periods & Long Weekends
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
3. Date Changes
- Date changes are allowed and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
- New dates are subject to room availability and seasonal rates.
4. Non-Refundable Rates
- Bookings under a promotional “Non-Refundable” rate cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Full payment is charged at the time of booking.
5. Group Bookings (3 rooms or more)
- Free cancellation up to 21 days before check-in.
- Cancellations within 21 days: 50% charge.
- Cancellations within 14 days: 100% charge.
6. Weather Conditions
- Light rain or unfavorable weather does not qualify for cancellation or refund.
- In case of government travel restrictions, guests may request a date change without penalty.
